Your First Download

Prepare a video link that you have permission to access and save. For your first use, start with a single public video.

Create the task

1. Click + at the bottom of the main interface.
2. Select New Download.
3. Paste the link.
4. Use the default quick options and choose video or audio.
5. Click Start.

The new task appears under Library → Running. The page shows its current stage, progress, and speed.

Find the result

When the download finishes:

1. Open Library → Tasks and find the task you just created.
2. Select it to view its status and output files in the details area.
3. Open Library → Video or Audio to browse the result by file type.
4. Use “Open Folder” when you need to locate the file on disk.

Common situations

Message or problem	What to do
Required tools are not ready	Open Settings → Download, then install or verify the dependencies.
The link requires sign-in	Sign in through App Sessions, then recreate the task and use that session.
The link cannot be parsed	Check that the link is complete. If the page plays normally, try Sniffing instead.
An online service is unreachable	Check Network and proxy.
