User responsibilities
Section titled “User responsibilities”- You are responsible for ensuring that downloading, saving, converting, and using content complies with applicable local laws, authorization from rights holders, and the target platform’s terms of service.
- Do not use XiaDown to process infringing, unauthorized, access-restricted paid, privacy-invasive, or otherwise unlawful content.
- An App Session provides only access already granted to the current account. It does not mean that content may be downloaded, reused, or distributed publicly.
- You are responsible for copyright, platform-rule, account, network, and other consequences arising from your use of XiaDown.
The project maintainers are not responsible for user actions or their consequences.
Third-party services
Section titled “Third-party services”YouTube, YouTube Music, RSS sources, and other websites are provided by their respective operators. Their content, availability, account policies, regional restrictions, and APIs may change at any time. XiaDown cannot guarantee the continued availability of any third-party content.
Open-source license
Section titled “Open-source license”The XiaDown repository is licensed under Apache-2.0. The license applies to the project code and does not grant rights to third-party media, website content, trademarks, or account data.
